1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with bat999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bat999 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not already hold an existing bat999 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a bat999 employee or associated partner.
• You must not be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location.

bat999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your bat999 account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your bat999 account on your behalf.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not carried out by you directly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bat999 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bat999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

bat999 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption and additional security protocols to protect account data. However, the security of your device, network connection, and credentials remains your personal responsibility.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bat999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods that are available to players at the time of the transaction. • Funds deposited into your bat999 account may only be used for wagering on the bat999 platform. Deposits made in error must be reported to the support team before any wagering activity occurs on that balance.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bat999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general provisions apply:

6 Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, including accounts held under different names or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.

7 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bat999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, sound files, software, data structures, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of bat999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bat999 content without prior written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

bat999's aggregate liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bat999 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

bat999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. Key principles include:

bat999's decisions regarding bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility are final once the applicable review period has elapsed.

13 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted as if the invalid provision had been removed.

This Agreement, together with the bat999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bat999 with respect to your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
